Job Description |
Position: Engineering Product Manager (EPM)
1. Defines the planning of development and the necessary means. Drives product development, coordinating the different Technical Teams inside the company;
2. Cooperates with MPM and QPM on manufacturing and quality aspects during development;
3. Cooperates with Upstream Purchasing and SQM to define the suppliers list for his products;
4. Is accountable for product definition files, through the BOM in PLM, tests specifications and components specifications;
5. Is accountable for the quality / cost / lead time of the design;
6. Accountable for Design modifications when in Mass Production;
7. Accountable to follow NPI process for his products;
8. Reports to General Managers and project office Dept. Managers during Product Development Meetings;
9. Accomplish all the related tasks assigned by the project office Dept. managers. |

Requirement |
1. Bachelor or above degree major in Mechanical, software, Electronic, communication or computer.
2. More than 3 years development work experiences, including at least 2 years management experiences of related management position of same level.
3. Knowledge of GSM mobile phones,R&D technology. Knowledge of development of products for Mass Production. Knowledge of project management.
4. Good English ability in listening, reading, writing and speaking.
Added content:
1.2 people needed;
2.4 years contract period one time and 6 months trial peried;
3.Working time: Full-time job and 8 hours each day;
4.Salary: 150K- 250K RMB/Y, no free accommodation;
5.Travel expenses of new comers hired already will be reimbursed according to company’s standard ;
